We do not accept returns for a refund. Instead, returned items that are unused, unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging are eligible for store credit. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase of any issues with the product. After the 48-hour grace period, we will not be able to offer store credit.

Store Credit Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified as to whether or not your return is eligible for store credit.

If your return is approved, your store credit will be processed immediately and will be immediately available.

Exchanged Items (Special Cases)

You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Turnaround times may vary for exchanged items, depending on where you live. Standard shipping and processing times apply.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your purchase.
